Serge is a compulsive running (40 events / year), before falling seriously ill
is his brother that allows him to regain a taste for life with a first allogeneic bone marrow transplant in August 2009.
In August 2010 he participated in the European Games in Dublin:
- 5th in 800 m 3'08
- 5th on 1500 m 6'13
- 4th in 5,000 m 23'20
A 59 years is more than respectable.
Despite another transplant last October, he bravely decided to attend the next CDC. This will also the first graft bone marrow on the famous race.
